We have two photography styles. Both help us hero our people.
We show we’re proud of the people that are part of our brand. When we show people we make sure they’re the heart and soul of our imagery. We feel like we’re in the moment with them as if a friend or family member was holding the camera. People can look straight down the lens or we can capture an intimate moment without them noticing, we don’t mind as long as it feels genuine.
When sourcing photography keep in mind the principles of our reportage photography: documentary style with off key moments that make it feel genuine.
When imagery needs to bring to life key brand themes without using human expression - consider using a composition which is less obvious. Crop into a section of an image, use images which are more textural i.e. material focused or choose photography that is shot from unexpected angles.
