Build

Build shows the pixels collaborating and constructing content. They are technical and precise and move multidirectionally.

Consider using Build if your subject matter would benefit from demonstrating precision and technical prowess.

Pixels sit on the X and Y axis

For the build behaviour the pixels can sit on either the vertical or horizontal axis but they are only ever 1 pixel height or width.

Pixels build type

The pixels sit within the typography and are defined by the size of the type. Never use the BT Pink, EE Yellow, Openrach Green or Navy within the pixels. You can also add pixels around the type to further infer as sense of movement.

Pixels build icons

Pixels also sit within the icons but they never sit around the outside of iconography.

Image pixel treatment

When we don’t use our hero headline style the pixels can sit flush or externally on the frame. Use this example as a visual guide.

Accessibility

We want our brand to be useable by everyone, increasing the accessibility and usability of everything we do. This means there are some rules around how to use colours in the Pixels.

When adding colour to type in Build the final settle state must use these accessible colours: BT Indigo, EE Aqua, Plusnet Maroon, or Plusnet Red.

All colours in settle states must be legible
